For standard products, add the product types and quantities you need to your Quote List, enter your contact information, and submit your request. Our team will provide a quote for the complete order within 2 business days. For custom-designed products, please use Request a Custom Quote or contact our sales team directly.

Our factory runs in production batches, so there is a minimum quantity per product. The required quantity is listed on each product page — or ask our sales team. We can also help fit several different products into a single container so one shipment covers your full order.

Lead times are typically around 60 calendar days. If you need an expedited order, contact our sales team to discuss options.

As an OEM manufacturer, we do not use our own branded packaging design. We work with each customer to produce and complete the packaging based on their requirements, including labels, box and carton dimensions, quantities per box or carton, and other packaging specifications.

Yes — we can help revise the drawing of an existing catalog part. Keep in mind that any change to the design still requires new tooling to be purchased before the modified part can be produced, even when the change is small.

We charge a separate tooling fee to cover the molds required for production. Mailing samples may add shipping and sample production costs. Beyond those, there are no additional charges.

Yes. Once the design and tooling are complete we produce and mail samples so you can review and approve the part before a production run begins.

Bangte has extensive experience with product certification requirements for the North American market. To simplify the process for our customers, we can coordinate and manage the required certification process on their behalf.

We work with a wide range of materials, including aluminum, 304 and 430 stainless steel, galvanized steel, zinc alloy, and more. If you have specific requirements for material thickness, grade, finish, or other specifications, please include them in your quote request or contact our sales team directly.

Our products are certified or undergoing certification to meet applicable requirements for the North American market, including certifications such as UL, cULus, and ETL. Certification status varies by product; please refer to the individual product page or contact us for details.

Yes. We can provide available certification documentation for applicable products, including certification details and supporting documents. Please contact us with the model number and your documentation requirements.

No. While North America is our primary market, we can also supply customers in other countries and regions where our product certifications, including applicable cULus certifications, meet local requirements. Please contact our team to confirm certification requirements for your market.
